DASHENG DA7002 is a reciprocating air Compressor with pure oil-free design, which has passed various certifications in Germany, European Union, etc. The equipment is environmentally friendly and effective. It is equipped with 2 pump heads and a 60L gas storage tank treated with anti-rust and anti-bacteria treatment, which can be equipped with anti-noise speakers to reduce noise. Principle
The reciprocating Compressor moves back and forth through the piston. The air enters the Compressor through the filter to be compressed. The compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the metal hose and the one-way valve. The pressure gauge shows that the pressure switch automatically closes when it rises to 0.8Mpa, and the motor stops working and empties through the solenoid valve. When the pressure of the air storage tank drops to 0.5Mpa, the pressure switch automatically turns on and the Compressor works again. With the single-axis double-cylinder structure, the motor has two cylinder Travel volume changes in the opposite direction for each group of cylinders every revolution, so as to realize the suction and exhaust process.

• During use, it should be drained every one to two days
• Sudden shutdown during work may be due to overheating protection of the motor, and it will automatically start when the temperature drops

• If the power supply is normal and still cannot be started, it may be a motor or Control system failure
