PUSHEN ZS-100 manual Ink Proofer is a 100-line manual Ink Proofer, mainly used in inks, Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing ink proofing and other scenarios. The product has a print width of 70mm and consists of a handle, a metal anilox roller and a rubber roller. It is a required tool for Gravure Printing production.

Principle
Manual Ink Proofer realizes ink proofing through the cooperation of metal anilox roller and rubber roller. The ink supply of the anilox roller decreases with the increase of the number of anilox lines. The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness.

Steps
1. Use the Mesh Microscope to check the mesh regularly.
2. Test the viscosity of inks and clean the anilox roller in time.
3. ZS (28011) manual Ink Proofer anilox roller should be stored with anilox roller protective cover when not in use to keep the surface clean and buffer vibration absorption.
4. Use a good drawdown blade to control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller. If possible, put a magnetic Filter in the inks ink tank to reduce inks impurity particles, reduce the abrasion of the anilox roller, and prolong the service life.
Notice
• When the anilox roller is not in use, it should be stored with an anilox roller protective cover to keep the surface clean.
• Use a good drawdown blade to control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller.
• Put a magnetic Filter in the inks tank to reduce inks impurity particles.
• Regularly check the mesh holes, detect the viscosity of inks, and clean the anilox roller in time.
