Overview
PUSHEN ZS-120 manual Ink Proofer is a proofing tool composed of a metal anilox roller, a rubber roller and a handle. The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is 120 lines. It adopts the shape of a quadrangular pyramid mesh and is manufactured by electronic engraving technology. The print surface width is 70mm, the operation is simple and convenient, and the Spreader is uniform. It is widely used in the ink color proofing industry of inks, Flexographic Printing, and Gravure Printing.
Features
1. It is composed of a handle, a metal anilox roller and a rubber roller, with a complete structure.
2. Adopt a quadrilateral pyramid-shaped mesh hole shape, with a print width of 70mm.
3. Novel design, simple to use, intuitive effect and strong proofing authenticity.
4. Specially designed for Gravure Printing and aniline inks production.
5. The unit of line count is LPI (Lines per Inch), which represents the number of lines per square inch.
Principle
Through the cooperation of metal anilox roller and rubber roller, the manual Ink Proofer uniformly Spreaders Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous liquid Coating on various substrates to realize the preparation of reproducibility samples. The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness.
Applications
Inks, Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing ink proofing, aniline inks production
Steps
1. Use the Mesh Microscope to check the mesh regularly.
2. Test the viscosity of inks and clean the anilox roller in time.
3. Store with an anilox roller protective cover when not in use to keep the surface clean and buffer vibration absorption.
4. Use a good drawdown blade to control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller, and put a magnetic Filter in the inks ink tank to reduce inks impurity particles, reduce abrasion, and prolong service life.
Notice
• Regularly check the mesh holes to ensure no blockage or damage.
• Pay attention to the change of ink viscosity and wash it in time to avoid residue.
• When not in use, use a protective cover to prevent surface contamination and physical damage.
• Control drawdown blade pressure to avoid excessive abrasion.
• Use a magnetic Filter in the inks tank to reduce the damage of impurities to the anilox roller.
