Overview
The PUSHEN ZS-160 manual Ink Proofer is an ink proofing tool for inks, Flexographic Printing, and Gravure Printing. It consists of a metal anilox roller with 160 lines and a rubber roller with a handle. The product can be coated with Gravure Printing, aniline inks, or Miscellaneous liquid Coating on various substrates to obtain reproducibility samples. It has the characteristics of novel style, simple use, intuitive effect, and strong proofing authenticity.
Features
1. Use 160 wire metal anilox roller
2. Printing width 70mm
3. The shape of the net hole is a quadrilateral pyramid
4. The anilox roller is made of stainless steel
5. Simple and convenient to use, intuitive effect
6. Proofing is true
7. Suitable for Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing Applications
Principle
Manual Ink Proofer controls the transfer amount of inks through the mesh structure of the metal anilox roller, and uniformly Spreaders inks or liquid Coatings on the surface of the substrate. The number of lines of the anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness, so as to achieve different degrees of fine proofing effect.
Applications
Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines according to the printing needs
2. Coating inks to manual Ink Proofer
3. Proofing on the substrate by manual Ink Proofer operation
4. Sample reproducibility
Notice
• Periodically check the hole using the Mesh Microscope
• Check the ink viscosity and clean the anilox roller in time
• Store with anilox roller protective cover when not in use
• Adopt good drawdown blade and control the pressure between drawdown blade and anilox roller
• Put a magnetic Filter in the inks tank to reduce impurity particles
• Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines according to the printing needs: field, lines, text, etc. need a large amount of inks to choose a lower number of lines; color mesh patterns need a small amount of inks to choose a higher number of lines
• Maintain a ratio of about 4:1 between the number of anilox lines of the anilox roller and the number of Printing Plate Dots
• Choose a lower number of lines for those with large ink absorption, and a higher number of lines for those with small ink absorption
