Overview
The PUSHEN ZS-180 manual Ink Proofer is a professional proofing tool that can produce reproducibility samples by applying Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous Liquid Coating Spreader to various substrates. The manual Ink Proofer uses 180LPI anilox rollers, a print width of 70mm, and a handle to make the Spreader easier. It is easy to use and has good proofing effect. The professional structure design is more ergonomic.
Features
1. It is composed of a handle, a metal anilox roller and a rubber roller, and adopts the shape of a quadrangular pyramid mesh hole
2. Novel style, simple to use, convenient and intuitive effect, strong proofing authenticity
3. It is the tool required for the production of Gravure Printing and aniline inks, with a print width of 70mm
4. The number of lines is expressed by LPI, that is, Lines per Inch: number of lines per square inch
Principle
Manual Ink Proofer uniformly Spreader inks or Coating on the substrate through the cooperation of metal anilox roller and rubber roller. The number of lines of metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness, so as to achieve Spreader effect of different thickness and fineness.
Applications
Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines: field, lines, text, etc. need a large amount of inks, choose a lower number of anilox lines; color mesh patterns need a small amount of inks, choose a higher number of anilox lines
2. Ensure the fineness of printing products: the number of mesh lines of manual Ink Proofer roller and the number of Dot lines of Printing Plate maintain a ratio of about 4:1
3. Select according to the ink absorption of the substrate: choose the low number of reticulated lines with large ink absorption; choose the high number of reticulated lines with small ink absorption
Notice
• Periodically check the hole using the Mesh Microscope
• Check the viscosity of inks and clean the anilox roller in time
• When the manual Ink Proofer roller is not in use, use the anilox roller protective cover for storage
• Use a good drawdown blade and control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller
• When conditions permit, put a magnetic Filter in the inks ink tank to reduce the impurity particles in the inks
• Reduce the abrasion of the anilox roller and extend its service life
