Overview
The PUSHEN ZS-200 manual Ink Proofer is designed for reproducibility samples on a variety of substrates from Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous Liquid Coatings with 200 LPI anilox roll numbers. The product is composed of metal aniline rollers, rubber rollers and stainless steel handles, and is simple in structure and easy to operate for easy Spreader proofing.
Features
1. Composed of metal anilox roller, rubber roller and stainless steel handle, the structure is stable and durable
2. Widely used in inks, Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing
3. Novel design, simple use, intuitive effect and strong proofing authenticity
4. Tools for Gravure Printing and aniline inks
5. Line count units are expressed in LPI (Lines per Inch) standard
Principle
Manual Ink Proofer uniformly Spreaders Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous Liquid Coatings on various substrate surfaces through the cooperation of metal anilox rollers and rubber rollers. The number of lines of the anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness, so as to achieve different degrees of fineness Spreader effect.
Applications
Inks, Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines according to the printing needs
2. Spreader inks or Coatings evenly on the surface of the anilox roller
3. Spreader by manual Ink Proofer on substrate
4. Clean the equipment in time after completing the proofing
Notice
• Use the Mesh Microscope to check the hole status regularly
• Check the ink viscosity and clean the anilox roller in time
• Use anilox roller protective cover for storage when not in use
• Adopt good drawdown blade and control the pressure between drawdown blade and anilox roller
• Put a magnetic Filter in the inks tank to reduce impurity particles
• Reasonably select the number of anilox roller lines according to the printing needs: the number of inks required for field, lines, etc. should be selected as the number of low lines, and the number of high lines should be selected as the number of inks required for color mesh patterns
• The number of reticulated lines and the number of Printing Plate Dot lines maintain a ratio of about 4:1
• Select the number of low lines for the substrate with large ink absorption, and select the number of high lines for the substrate with small ink absorption
