Overview
The PUSHEN ZS-220 manual Ink Proofer uses a 220 LPI line number aniline roller, which can be applied to various substrates by Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous liquid Coating to produce reproducibility samples. The manual Ink Proofer consists of a handle, a metal aniline roller and a rubber roller. The print width is 70mm. It has the characteristics of novel style, simple and convenient use, intuitive effect and strong proofing authenticity. It is a required tool for the production of Gravure Printing and aniline inks.
Features
1. Use 220LPI line number metal anilox roller to ensure Spreader accuracy
2. Composed of handle, metal anilox roller and rubber roller, with reasonable structure
3. Printing width 70mm, wide applicability
4. Novel style, simple and convenient to use
5. The effect is intuitive and the proofing is true
6. Suitable for Gravure Printing, aniline inks production
Principle
The Manual Ink Proofer uniformly Spreaders Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous Liquid Coatings on various substrate surfaces through the cooperation of metal anilox rollers and rubber rollers. The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness, so as to achieve different accuracy Spreader effect.
Applications
Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines according to the printing needs
2. Spreader inks or Coatings to the anilox roller
3. Spreader on substrate by manual Ink Proofer
4. Complete the sample production
Notice
• Periodically check the hole using the Mesh Microscope
• Check the viscosity of inks and clean the anilox roller in time
• Store with anilox roller protective cover when not in use
• Use a good drawdown blade and control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller
• Put a magnetic Filter in the inks tank to reduce impurity particles
• Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines according to the printing needs: choose a lower number of lines when the amount of inks is large for field, lines, text, etc.; choose a higher number of lines when the amount of inks is required for color mesh patterns
• The number of reticulated lines of the anilox roller and the number of Dot lines of the Printing Plate maintain a ratio of about 4:1
• Choose a lower number of reticulated lines for substrates with high ink absorption, and a higher number of reticulated lines for substrates with small ink absorption
