The PUSHEN ZS-250 manual Ink Proofer is a 250 LPI professional proofing tool for Gravure Printing, inks and Coating preparatory reproducibility samples. The product is simple in structure, easy to operate, uniform in film, and uses electronic engraving technology to make quadrangular pyramid anilox rollers.

Principle
Manual Ink Proofer uniformly Spreader inks or Coating on the substrate through the cooperation of metal anilox roller and rubber roller. The number of lines of the anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness, so as to achieve accurate film control.

Steps
1. Use the Mesh Microscope to Check the Mesh Periodically
2. Detect ink viscosity and clean anilox roller in time
3. When the manual Ink Proofer roller is not in use, it should be stored with an anilox roller protective cover to keep the surface clean
4. Use a good drawdown blade to control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller, and put a magnetic Filter in the inks ink tank to reduce inks impurity particles
Notice
• The number of lines of anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness
• Periodically check the hole using the Mesh Microscope
• Check the viscosity of inks and clean the anilox roller in time
• The manual Ink Proofer roller should be stored with an anilox roller protective cover when not in use to keep the surface clean
• Use a good drawdown blade to control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller
• Put a magnetic Filter in the inks ink tank to reduce inks impurity particles and reduce the abrasion of the anilox roller
