Overview
The PUSHEN ZS-300 manual Ink Proofer is composed of a metal anilox roller, a rubber roller and a handle. Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous liquid Coating can be applied to various substrates to obtain reproducibility samples. The manual Ink Proofer anilox roller has a line number of 300LPI, a print width of 70mm, a novel style, simple and convenient use, intuitive effect, and strong proofing authenticity. It is a tool required for the production of Gravure Printing and aniline inks.
Features
1. Composed of metal anilox roller, rubber roller and handle
2. The number of anilox roller lines is 300LPI, and the print width is 70mm.
3. Novel style, simple and convenient to use
4. The effect is intuitive and the proofing is true
5. Suitable for Gravure Printing, aniline inks production
Principle
Through the cooperation of metal anilox roller and rubber roller, the manual Ink Proofer uniformly Spreader Gravure Printing, aniline inks or Miscellaneous liquid Coating on various substrates to obtain reproducibility samples. The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness.
Applications
Flexographic Printing, Gravure Printing
Standards
The unit of reticulated lines adopts LPI (Lines per Inch: lines per square inch)
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate number of anilox roller lines
2. Ink inks or Coatings Spreader into manual Proofer
3. Roll the manual Ink Proofer on the substrate through the handle
4. Sample reproducibility
Notice
• Periodically check the hole using the Mesh Microscope
• Check the viscosity of inks and clean the anilox roller in time
• When the manual Ink Proofer roller is not in use, use the anilox roller protective cover for storage
• Use a good drawdown blade and control the pressure between the drawdown blade and the anilox roller
• When conditions permit, put a magnetic Filter in the inks tank
• Field, lines, text, etc. need a large amount of inks, choose the lower number of reticulated lines
• Color mesh pattern needs a small amount of inks, choose a higher number of mesh lines
• The fineness of the printing product depends on the number of Dot lines. The number of reticulate lines of the anilox roller and the number of Dot lines of the Printing Plate maintain a better ratio of about 4:1
• Generally, if the ink absorption is large, choose the one with low number of reticulated lines; if the ink absorption is small, choose the one with high number of reticulated lines
