Overview
The PUSHEN 200-wire metal anilox roller (also known as the anilox Ink Roller) is a manual Ink Proofer assembly with an anilox roller line number of 200LPI, which together with the rubber roller forms a manual Ink Proofer system. The product is in the shape of a quadrangular pyramid mesh, manufactured by electronic engraving technology, and the surface is chrome-plated to enhance corrosion resistance. The main function is to transfer inks evenly to the graphic part of the Printing Plate.
Features
1. The number of anilox roller lines is 200LPI, and the shape of a quadrilateral pyramid mesh is used to ensure that inks transfer uniform Basis Weight.
2. Manufactured by electronic engraving technology, with high accuracy and stable mesh structure.
3. Surface chrome plating treatment, with excellent corrosion resistance performance.
4. The print width is 70mm, suitable for standard printing requirements.
Principle
The metal anilox roller cooperates with the rubber roller to form a manual Ink Proofer, which captures and transfers inks through the mesh structure Basis Weight on its surface, and then evenly transmits them to the graphic part of the Printing Plate. The number of lines of the anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness, so as to achieve accurate inks control.
Applications
Printing, Encasement, Label Manufacturing
Notice
• The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, and the required wet film thickness should be considered when selecting the number of lines.
