PUSHEN 300 line metal anilox roller is a manual Ink Proofer product made of electronic engraving technology, with 300LPI of anilox lines. The roller body is composed of mesh holes and mesh walls. The surface chrome plating treatment makes it have better Abrasion Resistance and corrosion resistance, which can effectively block the corrosion of the solvent to the copper layer of the base layer. The shape of the mesh hole of this product is tetragonal pyramid, and the print width is 70mm.

Principle
The roller body of the metal anilox roller is composed of two parts: mesh and mesh wall, through which inks are stored and transferred. The number of lines of the anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness. The surface chrome plating can not only enhance Abrasion Resistance, but also protect the base copper layer from solvent corrosion.
