Overview
The PUSHEN 150 line metal anilox roller is a manual Ink Proofer product with 150 LPI of anilox lines and a quadrilateral pyramid shape of the mesh. Its structure consists of roller core, base material (Eletroplating copper) and surface platings. The main function is to transfer inks evenly to the graphic part of the Printing Plate. The transmission performance is determined by parameters such as the number of anilox lines, the shape of the mesh, the opening of the mesh, depth, opening, angle and volume.
Features
1. The number of reticulated lines is 150LPI, and the shape of the mesh holes is a quadrangular pyramid to ensure uniform and accurate transmission of inks
2. Using metal chrome anilox roller type, suitable for ZS manual Ink Proofer applications
3. The print width is 70mm, which meets the standard printing requirements
4. The number of anilox roller lines is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, providing accurate inks control
Principle
The metal anilox roller transmits inks uniformly to the graphic part of the Printing Plate through the mesh hole and the mesh wall structure on its surface. Parameters such as the number of anilox lines, the shape of the mesh hole, the opening, the depth, the opening degree, the angle and the volume jointly determine the uniformity and accuracy of the inks transfer, and the number of lines is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness.
Applications
Manual Ink Proofer, printing
Steps
1. Metal roll base treatment
2. Copper plating
Step 3 Engraving
4. Chrome plating
Notice
• The number of lines of anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness. The larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness.
• Ensure that the shape, opening, depth and other parameters of the mesh meet the printing requirements
• The processing process needs to strictly follow the steps of copper plating, engraving and chrome plating
