Overview
The QPM flat mill is a SHIBO brand equipment used in the chemical industry, especially in the paint, pigment and other industries, to conduct standard tests for relative Tinctorial Strength and dilution color determination. The overall structure of the machine is reasonable, the performance is reliable and durable, the appearance is novel, and the operation is convenient. It is suitable for placing on ordinary work surfaces.
Features
1. The weight of the whole machine is about 72Kg, the operation height is moderate, and it is suitable for placing on the ordinary workbench or cement table.
2. The grinding disc is equipped with a concave socket for easy replacement of the grinding disc without the need for tools to pry.
3. The total weight of the mass is about 7.32Kg, divided into four pieces (0.9Kg one piece, 1.75Kg two pieces, 2.92Kg one piece), all placed inside the hood, safe and equipped with a small door for easy replacement and adjustment of pressure.
4. The locking structure of the grinding disc bracket is sensitive, convenient and reliable.
5. Adopt double triangular belts (O-type, length 630mm) to transfer power to ensure accurate transmission of revolutions.
6. Electrical components are made of domestic professional components, providing strong anti-interference.
7. The power supply is 220V, 50Hz, making it easy for users to install and use.
8. The bottom foot of the machine body is made of oil-resistant rubber material, which has the advantages of shock absorption, anti-skid and no damage to the work surface.
Principle
After the motor is started, the power is transmitted to the gear reducer, and the shaft end of the reducer is provided with a grinding disc base seat. The sample is placed between the two discs, and the weight of the thallium sheet is converted into the pressure required for the test through the force distance ratio of the support frame. After loading the thallium sheet, it can start working.
Applications
Chemical industry, coating industry, pigment industry
Standards
GB5211.19-88、ISO787/16-86
Steps
1. Ensure that the machine is reliably protected from zero (or protected from ground).
2. Place the sample and Lubricant between the two grinding discs, and place a paper pad at the bottom of each grinding disc.
3. Adjust and load the corresponding weight of the mass as needed to set the pressure.
4. Turn on the power supply and check whether the switch and digital tube display are normal.
5. Set the required count range (0-999).
6. Start the machine for testing.
Notice
• In order to protect personal safety, the machine must be reliably protected from zero (or protective grounding). If the power socket has no protective wire, it is necessary to reliably connect the lead wire from the terminal behind the machine.
• When the two grinding discs are closed, if the sample and Lubricant are not placed in the middle, the power supply must not be connected to prevent the motor from accidentally starting the abrasion disc. Paper pads should be placed at the bottom of each grinding disc.
When the machine is not in use for a long time, the thallium ring should be removed to prevent the workpiece from being compressed for a long time.
After turning on the power supply, if the switch and digital tube do not light up, check whether the fuse (in the power socket, 15A-20A) is in good condition.
When the machine is not in use, the power should be cut off.
• The machine should be used and stored in a ventilated drying environment with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
