Overview
GZ-II three-angle mirror glossmeter is a small Portable gloss measurement instrument of SHIBO brand, model GZ-II 20 ° 60 ° 85 °. Its technical parameters fully comply with the national standard GB9754 and international standard ISO2813, and various performance indicators meet the requirements of the national Measurement verification regulations JJG696-2002 first-class working machine. This product is suitable for gloss measurement of paints, coatings, inks, Stone, paper, enamel, ceramic tiles and other flat products.
Features
1. Small size, light weight, easy to carry.
2. Energy saving, power saving.
3. Instant measurement, no waiting time, numerical stability, no drift, easy to quickly measurement.
4. Illuminant and photoelectric conversion matching meet SD65 (in) Y conditions.
Principle
The glossmeter projects rays of light to the surface of the sample at a specific angle (20 °, 60 ° or 85 °) through the built-in Illuminant, and receives the rays of light reflected by the mirror of the sample surface. The photoelectric converter converts the received optical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the corresponding gloss value (GS/GU) directly on the display screen after internal processing of the instrument. The instrument has an automatic zero stabilization function.
Applications
Paints, paints, inks, Stone, paper, enamel, ceramic tile
Standards
GB9754, ISO2813, JJG696-2002 first-class work machine
Steps
1. Press the switch button to turn it on, and the LCD screen displays 00.0.
2. Select the projection angle according to the sample gloss (20 ° for ultra-high Gloss, 60 ° for general use, 85 ° for ultra-low Gloss).
3. Align the instrument measurement port to the center of the clean Black Glass standard board.
4. Adjust the correction knob so that the display reading is consistent with the calibration value of the corresponding angle on the Black Glass standard board (calibration).
5. Put the calibrated instrument on the white Pottery and porcelain working plate, and verify that the difference between the displayed value and the calibrated value is not more than 1.5GS (correction).
6. Place the instrument on the sample to be measured, and the display reading is the gloss value at that angle.
Notice
• Avoid direct exposure to strong light during use, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.
• The standard board should be kept clean and do not touch the surface with your fingers. If there are stains, wipe it with lens paper or absorbentcottonph dipped in absoluteethanol.
• When the battery voltage is lower than 3.6V and the "←" prompt appears in the lower left corner of the display screen, it should be charged in time until the charging indicator light changes from red to green, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.
