Overview
PUSHEN 180 line metal anilox roller is an important part of manual Ink Proofer, which consists of rubber roller, handle and metal anilox roller. The product is completed by electronic engraving technology, the number of anilox lines is 180LPI, the shape of the mesh is a quadrangular pyramid, and the surface is plated with metal chromium to enhance corrosion resistance and Abrasion Resistance. It is suitable for high abrasion or corrosion experimental Spreaders.
Features
1. The number of reticulated lines is 180LPI, and the shape of the net holes is a quadrilateral pyramid
2. Made with electronic engraving technology
3. Chromium plating on the surface to improve corrosion resistance and Abrasion Resistance
4. Suitable for high abrasion or corrosion Spreader
5. The print width is 70mm
Principle
The metal anilox roller controls the transfer amount of Spreader liquid through the anilox structure on its surface. The number of anilox lines is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness. In the manual Ink Proofer, the metal anilox roller is matched with the rubber roller to achieve a uniform Spreader effect.
Applications
High abrasion Spreader, corrosion Spreader
Notice
• The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, and the number of lines should be determined according to the needs when selecting
• Pay attention to avoid hard objects scratching the surface platings when using
• Suitable for experimental environment, need to check the abrasion regularly
