Overview
The KOSON KS-1T light bolt puller is a Portable inspection equipment composed of imported light manual pump, small hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube and accessories. The hydraulic cylinder is hollow self-reset type, equipped with an integrated multi-function display meter that can directly read the tension value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak hold, storage and query functions, with backlit display.

Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through a manual pump, drives the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, and applies tensile force to the measured anchors (such as steel bars, expansion bolts, etc.). The tensile force is transmitted to the pressure sensor through the hydraulic system, and the digital pressure gauge displays, records and processes the tensile force data in real time.
Applications
It is mainly used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by Quality control units, reinforcement units, supervision units, colleges and universities, etc.

Steps
1. Connect the equipment: connect the high voltage YouTube to the manual pump and the hydraulic cylinder through the quick connector, and install the corresponding anchors, conversion head pull rods and other accessories.
2. Install the sample: pass the tested anchor through the center hole of the hydraulic cylinder and fix it with anchors.
3. Start the test: operate the manual pump to slowly pressurize and observe the digital pressure gauge reading rise.
4. Read data: The meter can display the tensile force value in real time, and data retention, storage, and other operations can be performed during the test or after reaching a peak.
5. Reset and unload: After the test is completed, the pressure relief makes the hydraulic cylinder reset under the action of the automatic spring, and the sample and equipment are disassembled.
