Overview
KOSON KS-1.5T Plant Bar Pulling Instrument is a Portable testing equipment, composed of imported light manual pump, small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, multi-function digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube and supporting anchors, etc., integrated into the portable case. Its digital display meter can directly read the tension value (kN), and has functions such as automatic calculation, peak holding, storage query and backlight display.

Principle
The instrument generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump, drives the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, and applies tensile force to the measured steel bars, anchors, etc. The tensile force is converted into electrical signals by a pressure sensor, which is displayed and processed in real time by an integrated digital display instrument. Users can directly read the tensile force value. The instrument has functions such as peak holding to record the maximum tensile force value.

Used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchor and adapter rod according to the tested part for assembly.
2. Connect high voltage YouTube, manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital display instrument.
3. Insert the assembled instrument into the measured anchor.
4. Operate the manual pump, apply the tension smoothly, and observe the real-time tension value through the digital display instrument.
5. After reaching the test requirements or peak, stop pressurizing, and the meter can maintain and record the peak.
6. Release pressure, automatically reset the hydraulic cylinder, disassemble the instrument and organize it.
