Overview
The KOSON KS-2T Plant Bar Puller is a lightweight bolt puller composed of an imported lightweight manual pump, a small hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage YouTube (2.5 meters) with a quick connector, optional parts (anchor, adapter head pull rod) and a portable case. The hydraulic cylinder is hollow and self-resetting, and its integrated multi-function display meter can directly read the tensile force value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions, with backlit display.

Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through a manual pump, drives the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, and exerts tensile force on the measured anchors (such as small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors). The tensile force value is converted into electrical signals by the pressure sensor, which is displayed, calculated and stored in real time by the integrated multi-function digital display instrument. The hydraulic cylinder has an automatic spring return function.

Steps
1. Connect high voltage YouTube, hydraulic cylinder and manual pump.
2. Select the appropriate anchor or adapter rod according to the tested part and install it.
3. Start the meter and check the power and display.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply tension to the anchors smoothly.
5. Observe and record the real-time tensile force value or peak value through the meter.
6. After the test is completed, the pressure is released and the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset.
7. Close the meter, disassemble the connectors, and organize the packing.

Do not exceed the rated measurement range of the instrument (0-20kN).
Make sure the battery is fully charged to ensure test accuracy and data storage.
• Select anchors or adapters that match the specifications of the anchors to ensure reliable installation.
• The tension should be applied smoothly and evenly to avoid Impact loads.
• The test environment should avoid oil and water stains affecting the instrument.
• When the instrument is not in use, it should be stored in a drying and cleaning portable case.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments regularly.
