Overview
KOSON KS-5T light bolt puller is a Portable testing equipment, which is composed of imported light manual pump, small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, multi-function digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube and supporting anchors, conversion tie rod, etc., integrated in the portable case. Its digital display instrument can directly read the tension value (kN), with automatic calculation, peak holding, data storage and query, and backlight display functions.

Principle
The instrument generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump, which drives the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, thereby applying axial tension to the measured anchor rod, steel bar or anchor. The tension is converted into an electrical signal by a pressure sensor, which is displayed and processed in real time by a multi-function digital display instrument, which can read real-time tension, maintain peak value and store data. After the test is completed, the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset through a built-in spring.
Applications
It is mainly used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, and anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by Quality control units, reinforcement units, supervision units, colleges and universities, etc.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors and transfer rods for assembly according to the tested part.
2. Connect high voltage YouTube to ensure that the quick connector is firmly connected.
3. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and check whether the display is normal.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply tension to the tested part smoothly.
5. Observe the real-time tensile force value through the digital display instrument and test it to the required force value or damage.
6. The meter automatically maintains peak tension, allowing for data storage.
7. After the test is completed, the manual pump is relieved and the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset.
8. Turn off the power supply of the instrument, disassemble the connecting parts, and organize the packing.
Notice
