Overview
The mini bolt puller KS-V1 consists of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose, an anchor, a tie rod, a adapter and a portable case. The instrument adopts a hollow self-reset and digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN). It has the functions of peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. It is technologically advanced, easy to operate, and has one-year quality assurance. It is especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Hollow self-resetting, digital display integrated hydraulic cylinder design.
2. Can directly read the force value (KN), Indication Error ≤ +/- 1% F.S, resolution 0.001KN.
3. With peak hold, storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown functions.
4. Manual pressurization mode, easy to operate.
5. Portable design, with suitcase, suitable for on-site use.
6. One year quality assurance and lifetime maintenance service.
Principle
The miniature pullout instrument is pressurized by a manual pump, and the hydraulic oil is transported to the hollow hydraulic cylinder through a high voltage hose to push the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to generate a tensile force. The tensile force is transmitted to the measured anchors (such as anchors, steel bars, etc.) through the pull rod and anchors, so that it can withstand the pulling force. The digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the applied force value in real time, and can maintain the peak value, so as to realize the detection of the pull-out force of the anchors.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the tie rod and adapter to the tested anchor (such as the bolt).
2. Set the hollow hydraulic cylinder on the tie rod and install the anchor to fix it.
3. Connect the hydraulic cylinder with the high voltage hose of the manual pump through the quick connector.
4. Open the digital pressure gauge and perform the clearing operation.
5. Operate the manual pump to pressurize and apply pulling force to the anchors.
6. Observe the digital pressure gauge until the test requirements are met or the anchorage fails, and the instrument will automatically maintain the peak force value.
7. Record or query stored test data.
8. After the test is completed, release the pressure and disassemble the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, please check whether the connecting parts of the equipment are fastened and whether the high voltage hose is damaged.
Do not exceed the maximum pressure of the instrument (10KN).
• When testing, make sure that the center of the tested part, tie rod and hydraulic cylinder is aligned to avoid eccentric force.
• When the digital pressure gauge is low, please charge it through the USB port in time.
• Instruments should be stored in a dry, clean environment.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble the core components of the instrument.
When conducting on-site inspections, please pay attention to operational safety and ensure that the test area is stable.
