Overview
The KOSON KS-V2 miniature bolt puller is a testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose, an anchor, a tie rod, an adapter and a portable portable case. The hydraulic cylinder adopts a hollow self-reset, digital display integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and has the functions of peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. Advanced technology, simple operation, and one-year quality assurance are especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. The hydraulic cylinder adopts a hollow self-reset and digital display integrated design.
2. Can directly read the force value (KN), Indication Error ≤ +/- 1% F.S, resolution up to 0.001KN.
3. With peak hold, storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown functions.
4. Compact structure, with a central aperture of 18mm, making it easy to install.
5. Simple operation, advanced technology, quality assurance for one year.
6. Equipped with a portable carrying case, easy to carry and use on site.
Principle
The miniature pullout instrument is pressurized by a manual pump, and the hydraulic oil is transported to the hollow hydraulic cylinder through the high voltage hose to drive the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to generate tension. The tension is transmitted to the measured anchors (such as bolts, steel bars, etc.) through the pull rod and anchors. The digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the pressure of the hydraulic system in real time, and directly displays the pull-out force value (KN) of the measured part according to the conversion relationship between pressure and tension.
Applications
It is suitable for testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force testing (test) of Glass curtain walls
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchor, tie rod and adapter according to the tested anchor, and assemble it correctly.
2. Connect and fix the assembled drawing instrument with the tested anchor.
3. Open the digital pressure gauge to ensure it is in normal working condition.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply pressure slowly and evenly, and observe the change of the pressure gauge.
5. When the measured part reaches failure or a predetermined load, the pressure gauge will maintain the peak force value.
6. Record or query stored test data.
7. After the test is completed, release the pressure, disassemble the instrument, and store it properly.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure correct installation and operation.
• Do not use beyond the maximum range of the instrument (20KN) to prevent damage.
• The pressurization process should be smooth and slow to avoid Impact loading.
• Ensure that the high voltage hose is firmly connected without leakage.
• During testing, personnel should be in a safe position to prevent injuries caused by sudden failure of anchors.
• Regularly check the integrity of all components of the instrument and keep it clean.
• When the instrument is not in use for a long time, please charge and maintain it regularly.
• This product is guaranteed for one year, and the company implements a lifetime maintenance responsibility system for the products sold.
