Overview
The KOSON KS-V4 miniature bolt puller is a testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose, an anchor, a tie rod, an adapter and a portable case. The hydraulic cylinder adopts a hollow self-reset and digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and has the functions of peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. Advanced technology, easy operation, and one-year quality assurance are especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. The hydraulic cylinder adopts a hollow self-reset and digital display integrated design.
2. The force value (KN) can be directly read without conversion.
3. The digital pressure gauge is equipped with peak hold, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions.
4. Advanced technology and simple operation.
5. Provide one-year quality assurance and lifetime maintenance.
6. Compact structure, easy to carry.
Principle
The miniature pullout instrument provides hydraulic power through a manual pump to drive the piston of the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension. The tension is transmitted to the measured anchor through the pull rod and the anchor. The digital pressure gauge monitors and displays the pressure of the hydraulic system in real time, and directly displays it as the tension value (KN) according to the preset conversion relationship, so as to realize the detection of the pull-out resistance of the anchor.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the tie rod and adapter to the tested anchor.
2. Connect the hydraulic cylinder and manual pump through the high voltage hose with quick connector.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital pressure gauge.
4. Operate the manual pump and apply tension to the anchors.
5. Observe and record the tensile force value (KN) through a digital pressure gauge.
6. After the test is completed, relieve pressure and remove the connecting parts.
7. Data can be stored or queried, and the power can be turned off after use.
Notice
• Please check whether the connection of each component is firm and reliable before use.
• Do not exceed the maximum pulling force of the hydraulic cylinder (40kN) and the maximum operating Pressure of the pump (50Mpa).
• Ensure that the pressure gauge is fully charged to ensure measurement accuracy.
During testing, personnel should avoid potentially dangerous areas.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments regularly.
• Please follow the relevant standards and specifications for operation and result determination.
