Overview
The miniature puller is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, an anchor, a tie rod, a adapter and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-reset and digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions. Advanced technology, simple operation, one-year quality assurance, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Hollow self-resetting, digital display integrated hydraulic cylinder design.
2. Can directly read the force value (KN), Indication Error ≤ +/- 1% F.S.
3. With peak hold, storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown functions.
4. Simple operation, quality assurance for one year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
5. Center aperture 18mm, Travel 50mm, Portable design.
Principle
The miniature drawing instrument is pressurized by a manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, which acts on the measured anchors (such as bolts, steel bars, etc.). The digital pressure gauge displays and records the tension value in real time, and obtains the maximum pull-out resistance through functions such as peak holding, so as to complete the detection of the anti-pull performance of the anchors.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
