Overview
The KS-50T bolt puller is a testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose with a quick connector, optional parts (anchors, pull rods, adapters) and a portable case. The whole series of hydraulic cylinders are hollow self-reset, digital integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN), and have peak holding, storage, clearing, query and automatic shutdown functions. Advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder design for easy operation
2. Digital display integrated pressure gauge, directly reading the force value (KN)
3. With peak hold, storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown functions
4. Advanced technology and simple operation
5. One year quality assurance, lifetime maintenance
6. Portable portable case design, suitable for on-site use
Principle
The bolt puller provides hydraulic power through the manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, which acts on the anchor to detect the pull-out force. The digital pressure gauge displays the force value in real time, and has the function of Data storage and processing to ensure the accuracy and traceability of the test results.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge
2. Install options (anchors, tie rods, adapters) to the tested anchor
3. Start the manual pump and apply tension
4. Read and record the force value through the digital pressure gauge
5. Use peak hold, storage, and other functions to process data
6. After the test is completed, reset the hydraulic cylinder and shut down
Notice
• Ensure that all connecting parts are fastened and reliable
• Check the hydraulic oil volume and battery power before operation
• Avoid over-range use to prevent equipment damage
• Pay attention to safety during testing to prevent sudden failure of anchors
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure Test accuracy
• Ensure that the meter is working properly when storing data
