Overview
The KS-60T bolt puller is a Portable testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage hose and options. The instrument adopts a hollow self-reset and digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and has functions such as peak holding, storage, clearing, inquiry and automatic shutdown. It has advanced technology, simple operation, and one-year quality assurance. It is especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Adopt hollow self-reset, digital display integrated design, can directly read the force value (KN).
2. With peak hold, data storage, reset, query and automatic shutdown functions.
3. Advanced technology, simple operation, quality assurance for one year.
4. Portable portable case design, easy to carry and use on site.
Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through the manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tensile force. The tensile force acts on the measured anchors (such as bolts, steel bars, etc.), and its force value is displayed and recorded in real time by the digital pressure gauge. The hydraulic cylinder is hollow designed to allow the measured parts to pass through, which is convenient for direct loading.
Applications
It is suitable for testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force testing (test) of Glass curtain walls
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors, tie rods and adapters for assembly according to the tested parts.
2. Connect the hydraulic cylinder, manual pump and digital pressure gauge through the high voltage hose with quick connector.
3. Install the assembled instrument on the anchor to be tested.
4. Operate the manual pump to pressurize, observe and record the change of force value through the digital pressure gauge.
5. After the test is completed, the data can be queried or cleared through the meter.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure proper assembly and connection of all components.
Make sure that the tested part matches the instrument options (anchors, tie rods, etc.) and is firmly installed.
* Operation of manual pump pressure should be smooth and uniform to avoid Impact load.
* Pay attention to the power of the meter, use three AA batteries for power supply, and replace it in time.
After the test is completed, the instrument should be properly safeguarded to avoid bumping and oil contamination.
* The instrument is guaranteed for one year and maintained for life. If there is a failure, please contact the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel.
