Overview
KOSON KS-150T Electric Bolt Puller (Large Tonnage) is a testing instrument composed of Electric Pump, Large Tonnage Hollow Hydraulic Cylinder, Digital Pressure Gauge, High Voltage YouTube and Optional accessories. Its digital display part can directly read the pull value (kN), with automatic calculation, peak holding, data storage and query functions, and with backlight display.

Principle
The instrument provides power through the Electric Pump to drive the large tonnage hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tensile force. The tensile force acts on the measured anchor rod, anchor cable and other anchors, and its value is directly read and processed by the digital pressure gauge.
Applications
It is suitable for detecting various anchors, cables, multiple cables, and various anchors.
Steps
1. Connect Electric Pump, Hydraulic Cylinder and Digital Display Meter.
2. Install the anchors on the center hole of the hydraulic cylinder and the anchors.
3. Start the Electric Pump and adjust the pressure through the pressure regulating valve.
4. Read and record the tensile force data through the digital display table.
5. After the test is completed, remove the pressure and disassemble the tested part.
