Overview
KOSON ZBL-T730 Floor Thickness Gauge is a professional testing instrument for the measurement of concrete floor film thickness. It adopts wireless connection design, is equipped with intelligent navigation receiving Probe and extension rod, supports Chinese input, on-site photography and data wireless transmission, which can realize efficient and convenient paperless on-site inspection.

Principle
The instrument is a mechanical measurement principle. It sends a signal through the transmitter probe, receives the signal from the Probe on the other side, and uses the intelligent indicator light to navigate and locate, and finally calculates and displays the film thickness value of the floor through the host.

Steps
1. Turn on the host and transmit and receive the Probe power supply.
2. According to the test requirements, set the building number, floor, unit number and other information on the host.
3. Probes are positioned at one side of the floor.
4. The receiving Probe with the extension rod is moved on the other side of the floor, and the corresponding measuring point is navigated and positioned according to the intelligent indicator light.
5. The host automatically calculates and displays the Film thickness value, and can take pictures and record the position of the measuring point on site.
6. Test data can be uploaded to the management system wirelessly.
Notice
* Please ensure that the main unit and Probe are fully charged before use.
* Do not use in a strong electromagnetic interference environment, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.
* Please handle the Probe with care to avoid severe impact.
