Overview
KOSON KS-850 Floor Thickness Gauge is a professional measuring instrument for nondestructive detection of film thickness of concrete structures or other non-ferromagnetic media. It is mainly used for the measurement of film thickness of cast-in-place floor slabs, walls, beams, columns, wood and non-ferromagnetic materials such as Pottery and porcelain.

Principle

Steps
1. Place the launch Probe on the side of the object to be measured.
2. Using an extension rod with a flexible gimbal, move the receiving Probe to the other side of the object under test.
3. Observe the direction indication on the host screen to quickly locate the position of the transmitting Probe.
4. Film thickness value displayed on the screen is read after the instrument intelligently interprets and automatically locks.

• The measurement range is 40~ 1000mm, please ensure that the film thickness of the test object is within this range.
• The measurement accuracy is +/- 1mm (40mm~ 600mm) and +/- 2mm (601mm~ 1000mm).
• The operating temperature is -10 ° C~ + 40 ° C to avoid direct exposure to sunlight for a long time.
• The relative humidity of the working environment should be less than 90% RH.
• Please use it without a strong alternating electromagnetic field.
