Overview
XIONGFA XF-120S Solid Density Meter adopts the original imported sensor from German HBM, and cooperates with XIONGFA's self-produced flip-free integrated forming aluminum alloy measurement table and transparent water tank, which makes the operation easier, faster and more in line with the New material laboratory operating specifications. The equipment can determine whether the object to be tested is qualified or not, can prompt an alarm, and quickly test the density and volume of various solids.

1. Directly read the density and volume of any solid block, particle, floating body with a density > 1 or < 1.
2. With temperature compensation setting, solution compensation setting function, you can use water as the medium, you can also use Miscellaneous liquid as the medium.

4. Adopt an integrally formed large-capacity PC material sink (size: length 15.3 cm × width 10.7 cm × height 8.0cm).
5. With density upper and lower limit functions, it can determine whether the specific gravity of the object to be measured is qualified or not. There is a buzzer device.

Principle
The Solid Density Meter is based on the Archimedes principle and calculates density and volume by measuring the weight difference of a sample in an air-neutralizing liquid. Operation mode, combined with temperature compensation and solution compensation, ensures fast and accurate measurement of the density of solids, particles, floating bodies and other materials in various media.

Steps
1. Power on the device to ensure that the Draft Shield and battery are working properly.
2. Place the sample to be tested on the measurement table and use the Flip-free Operation mode.
3. Set temperature compensation and solution compensation parameters as required.
4. Start the measurement, the device automatically tracks the zero point and calculates the density and volume.
5. Review the results display, including density and volume values.
6. If necessary, connect the PC or printer to output data through the RS-232C interface.
Notice
• Make sure to use the appropriate liquid medium and set the solution compensation correctly.
• Check if the device is overloaded before testing to avoid damaging the Sensor.
• Pay attention to the temperature compensation setting range (0~ 100 ℃) to ensure accurate measurement.
• Use Draft Shield to reduce environment interference, especially during field testing.
• Regularly calibrate equipment to maintain Measurement accuracy.
• When selecting liquid accessories, follow the operating specifications to test the liquid density and concentration.
