PUSHEN SZQ-25um Single Sided Film Applicator is made of stainless steel to resist the erosion of acidic or alkaline substances in Coatings or cleaning agents. This product is mainly used for wet-film of specific thickness of Spreader, for measuring the color of the sample, hiding power or preparing samples.

Principle
The Film Applicator creates a uniform wet-film of a specific thickness by scraping and coating the substrate. The application width of 100mm ensures that the film is flat and smooth, providing standardized samples for subsequent tests such as Color, hiding power, and Gloss.

Steps
1. Prepare Coating Samples to be Tested
2. Applicator placed on the substrate surface
3. Coating evenly
4. Scrape at a steady speed to form a wet-film
5. Remove Applicator to get standard thickness wet-film

• Applicator surface should be cleaned before and after use
• Avoid scratching stainless steel surfaces with hard objects
• Ensure uniform speed during the Spreader process

• Regularly check if the Applicator's edges are flat
