Overview
RJTC-10 coating Adhesion Tester is an instrument specially developed by RUNJIE brand to detect the strength of the positive tensile bond between paints and the attached object. The instrument adopts mechatronics design, and the whole set of instruments is a whole, including handles, Sensors, lead screws, reaction supports and other mechanical parts to form a "door" structure. It has the characteristics of light weight, labor-saving handle operation and convenient use.
Features
1. Function selection: suitable for testing the adhesive strength of paints
2. Selection of measurement: standard block detection
3. Automatic clearing: automatically eliminate the deviation value after power on and make the output display zero value
4. Peak hold: In peak hold state, the maximum tensile force value is always displayed
5. Data storage: can store the detection value, and can be called up and cleared at any time
6. Automatic shutdown: with delayed power failure function, prolong battery life
7. Linear correction: 5 correction points can be set to correct the data linearity and improve the detection accuracy
8. Strength value measurement: MPa value can be directly displayed
9. Wide range of use: can detect the bonding strength of paints, the bonding strength of various platings
Principle
The tester generates a tensile force between the standard test block and the coating under test by manually operating the handle. The test results can be obtained immediately according to the bond strength and the damage form during stretching. The instrument embeds a measurement display circuit into the instrument, which can directly observe the data.
Applications
Paints bond strength test, coating platings bond strength test
Standards
ISO 4624:2002、GB/T 5210-2006、TB-T2965-2011
Steps
1. Select the appropriate standard block (20mm or 50mm)
2. Install the standard test block on the universal tie rod
Step 3 Apply tension through the handle
4. Observe the MPa value displayed by the intelligent digital pressure gauge
5. Record the maximum tensile force value in the peak holding state
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is fully charged before use
• Select the appropriate standard block specification according to the testing requirements
• Keep the handle steady and apply force during operation
• Regularly linearly calibrate the instrument to ensure detection accuracy
• Backup in time after storing the detection data
• Avoid severe impact or vibration of the instrument
