Overview
RUNJIE RJ-VX-1 light drawing instrument is a Portable testing instrument composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose, anchor, tie rod, adapter, etc. Its hydraulic cylinder adopts hollow self-reset and digital integrated design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and has functions such as peak holding, storage, clearing, backlight, inquiry and automatic shutdown. It is technically professional and easy to operate, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.

13. Ultra-low power consumption, continuous operation for more than 200 hours
Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through a hand pump to drive the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder. The piston is connected to the anchorage to be tested through a pull rod and an anchor, thereby exerting a tensile force on the anchorage. The built-in High Accuracy Sensor detects the tensile force in real time and transmits the force value signal to the digital pressure gauge, which is displayed directly in KN. The instrument has a peak hold function to record and display the maximum tensile force value during the test.
Applications
Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)
Standards
GB 50203-2011 "Masonry structure engineering construction mass acceptance", JGJ 145-2013 "concrete structure after anchoring technical regulations"
Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors, pull rods, and adapters according to the specifications of the anchors under test, and assemble them correctly.
2. Firmly connect the assembled drawing instrument with the tested anchor.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital pressure gauge and perform the clearing operation.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply tension to the anchors smoothly.
5. Observe the readings of the digital pressure gauge until the test requirements are met or the anchors fail, and the instrument will automatically maintain the peak force value.
6. Record the test data, and you can view the historical storage data through the query function.
7. After the test is completed, release the pressure, disassemble the instrument, and turn off the power.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that the operator understands the performance of the instrument and the operation method.
• Ensure that all connecting parts (anchors, tie rods, connectors, high voltage YouTube) are firmly and reliably installed without loosening or leakage.
• Select anchors and adapters that exactly match the specifications of the tested part to avoid test failure or damage to the instrument due to mismatches.
• The tension should be applied smoothly and evenly to avoid Impact loads.
• During testing, personnel should stay away from possible dangerous areas to prevent injuries caused by sudden failure of anchors.
• Regularly check all parts of the instrument, especially the sealing ring and hydraulic system, to ensure that they are intact and nondestructive.
• The instrument should be stored in a drying and clean environment to avoid erosion of corrosive substances.
Do not exceed the rated measurement range of the instrument (0-10KN).
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent battery leakage from damaging the instrument.
