Principle
The RJ-1 bolt tension gauge generates high voltage oil through the manual pump, which is transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder through the high voltage hose to drive the piston to generate tension. The digital pressure gauge directly reads the bolt tension value, and has automatic calculation, backlight, peak holding, storage and query functions. The hydraulic cylinder is hollow and self-reset, and the operation is simple and reliable.

Steps
1. Check whether the components of the instrument are firmly connected
2. Install the anchors, pull rods, and adapters on the tested anchors
3. Connect high voltage YouTube and quick connector
4. Operate the manual pump pressure handle and gradually pressurize
5. Observe the digital pressure gauge reading and record the peak tension value
6. After the test is completed, open the unloading valve to relieve pressure
7. Disassemble the instrument, clean it and store it
