Overview

When in use, connect the manual pump and the hydraulic cylinder through the quick connector, place the ring pressure sensor on the upper part of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, the displacement Sensor adsorption is on the outer cylindrical surface of the ring pressure sensor, and then connect the intelligent Chinese configuration device through the Sensor cable to complete the assembly. The instrument is a special equipment used with the bolt tension meter.

Principle
The hydraulic pressure generated by the manual pump drives the hydraulic cylinder to work, the ring pressure sensor detects the tensile force value, the displacement Sensor measurement displacement change, the intelligent Chinese configuration device collects and processes the Sensor data in real time, and realizes the accurate measurement and data recording of the bolt tension, displacement and other parameters.

Steps
1. Connect the manual pump to the hydraulic cylinder with a quick connector
2. Place the ring pressure sensor on the upper part of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder
3. Displacement Sensor is adsorbed on the outer cylindrical surface of the ring pressure sensor through the magnetic seat
4. Connect the intelligent Chinese configuration with the ring pressure sensor and displacement sensor through the Sensor cable
5. Turn on the instrument power supply for measurement operation

• The confirm button is used to confirm the current operation, which is equivalent to the enter key
• Solid round point button can enter the instrument setting state by pressing in the main interface
• The return button is used to cancel the current option function and return to the previous menu
• Left button has the function of moving numbers to the left
• Up/clear button has the function of increasing the value, and the function of displaying the value clearing in the measurement state
• The right button has the function of moving the number to the right
• The bulb/peak button can be turned on/off by pressing and holding it for 3 seconds. The meter backlight display has a peak hold function in the measurement state
• The down button has a value reduction function, and the automatic recording function can be turned on by pressing and holding it for about 2 seconds
• On/Key Press and hold for about 2 seconds to turn on/off the meter power
