The NIRUN NDJ-8S digital Viscometer is an advanced technology precision measuring instrument for viscosity detection of a variety of fluids. The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample through a high-subdivision drive stepper motor. The rotor is subjected to the resistance of the sample Tack to generate torque, which is proportional to the viscosity of the sample. The sensor inside the instrument detects this torque, which is processed by a microcomputer control system and linearly corrected by a computer full scale, and finally displays the viscosity value directly on the LCD display screen.

1. Install the appropriate rotor and connect the instrument. 2. Pour the sample into a container with a capacity of 300 to 400 ml. 3. Turn on the power supply and select the required rotor number and speed through the instrument. 4. Immerse the rotor into the sample at the specified mark. 5. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically display data such as viscosity. 6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power and clean the rotor.
