3. With Full Scale, Linearity Measurement Correction;
4. New design, LCD display;
5. Anti-skid handle design, over-range alarm;
6. The screen directly displays temperature, viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque, rotor number and measurable maximum viscosity value;
7. Unique structural design to ensure service life and measurement accuracy;
8. AC and DC power supply for two purposes, lithium battery power continuous measurement for 8 hours;
9. Portable Encasement, suitable for field, laboratory and factory assembly lines.
Principle
The Viscometer drives the rotor to swirl/spin at the set Rotation speed through the microcomputer Control system, measures the resistance of the fluid to the rotor (torque), and uses the Sensor to collect data, and directly displays parameters such as viscosity and temperature on the LCD screen after processing, to achieve fast and accurate viscosity measurement.
Applications
Inks, Glue, Emulsion, Solvent Adhesive, Polymer Solution, Petroleum, paints Coatings, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, products, juices
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it.
2. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed;
3. Immerse the rotor in the fluid to be measured.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically collects data;
5. Read the viscosity, temperature and other parameters displayed on the LCD screen;
6. Turn off the power after the measurement is completed and clean the rotor.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is fully charged or connected to a power supply before use;
When selecting a rotor, pay attention to its measurable viscosity range to avoid exceeding the range.
• The rotor needs to be completely immersed in the fluid during measurement to avoid the influence of bubbles;
• Regularly clean rotors and instruments to maintain accuracy;
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or humid environments;
• If there is an overrange alarm, immediately stop the measurement and check the settings.
