NIRUN RPDV-1 Portable Digital Viscometer is a digital display viscosity measurement instrument using microcomputer control technology. It is user-friendly, easy to operate, accurate and fast measurement, and uses AC and DC power supply dual design. It is equipped with lithium battery to support continuous measurement for 8 hours. Portable Encasement makes it suitable for on-site fluid viscosity measurement in various scenarios such as field, laboratory and factory assembly line.

Principle
The Portable Digital Viscometer drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the fluid at a set rotational speed (60/100/150/200rpm) through a microcomputer control system. Tack resistance to the rotor is converted into torque signals, which are detected by a measurement system composed of beryllium bronze torque materials and ruby bearing systems, etc., which are processed and analyzed by the microcomputer. Finally, the measurement results such as viscosity, temperature, speed, and torque percentage are displayed directly on the LCD screen.
