4. New design with LCD display
5. Anti-skid handle design, support over-range alarm
6. The screen directly displays temperature, viscosity, Rotation speed, percentile torque, rotor number and measurable maximum viscosity value
7. Unique structural design to ensure service life and measurement accuracy
8. AC and DC power supply dual design, lithium battery power supply can be continuously measured for 8 hours
9. Portable Encasement, suitable for field, laboratory and factory assembly lines
Principle
The Viscometer uses a microcomputer Control system to drive the rotor in the sample at a preset Rotation speed swirl/spin, measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor (torque), and calculating the viscosity value based on this, while integrating a temperature sensor to monitor the sample temperature in real time.
Applications
Inks, Glue, Emulsion, Solvent Adhesive, Polymer Solution, Petroleum, paints Coatings, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, products, juices
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Pour the sample into a container (capacity 300~ 600ml or 400/800ml)
3. Turn on the power and set the Rotation speed (60/100/150/200rpm optional)
4. Immerse the rotor in the sample and start the measurement
5. Read viscosity, temperature and other data through the LCD screen
6. Clean the rotor after measurement
Notice
Power supply voltage in the range of AC100-240V or DC17V1.2A.
• Check that the rotor number matches the Rotation speed before use to avoid overrange
• Maintain sample temperature stability during measurement, monitored with PT100 Probe
Periodically calibrated to ensure +/- 2% F. S accuracy and +/- 1% F. S reproducibility
• Avoid severe impact and protect ruby bearings and beryllium bronze torque materials
• Pay attention to the battery life when powered by lithium batteries and charge them in time
• Pay attention to moisture and dust protection when using in the wild
