Overview
The NIRUN ZNY-1 Online Viscometer is a digital viscosity measurement and control device that is easy to install, operate and clean. Its viscosity measurement range can be adjusted according to user request, and optional built-in control circuit for automatic viscosity control.

Principle
The stepper motor swirls/spins at a steady speed, drives the Sensor piece, and then drives the rotor swirl/spin through the hairspring and the rotating shaft. If the rotor is not subject to liquid resistance, the hairspring Sensor connector is in the same position as the Sensor connector of the stepper motor. If the rotor is subject to liquid viscous resistance, the hairspring will generate torque to compete with it until equilibrate. At this time, the photoelectric Sensor detects the signal separately, and the 16-bit microcomputer processor performs data processing to finally display the liquid viscosity value. When the measurement viscosity value is greater than the set value, the dilution solenoid valve can work according to the programming requirements to control the measured liquid viscosity near the set value. The program design can be determined according to the specific situation of the user.

Steps
1. Install and connect the equipment as required.
2. Connect the power supply (110~ 220V, 50Hz/60Hz).
3. Set parameters such as viscosity control value and switch signal time as required.
4. Start the equipment, and the stepper motor drives the rotor to start the measurement.
5. The microprocessor processes the data and displays the viscosity value.
6. When the viscosity exceeds the set value, the system automatically controls the dilute solenoid valve to work to adjust the viscosity.
Notice
* Power frequency is within the range of 110~ 220V specified by the device.
The working voltage of the solenoid valve is 220V AC, please pay attention when wiring.
* Select the appropriate rotor specification according to the measured liquid viscosity range.
* The equipment supports continuously variable speed, please adjust the Rotor speed according to actual needs.
* Pay attention to keep the equipment and Sensor clean to ensure measurement accuracy.
* reproducibility is +/- 1% F. S, measurement accuracy is +/- 3% F. S, please use within the allowable error range.
Remote control and automatic control functions need to be realized according to the optional and program design.
