Overview
NIRUN LDV-3 + Pro is a digital Viscometer with stepper motor direct drive and LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight display, which can measure viscosity in the range of 10~ 6000000mPa · s, with High Accuracy and Repeatability. It comes standard with RTD temperature sensor and RS232 interface, supports computer full scale linear correction, and is widely used in a variety of fluid viscosity measurement.

Principle
The LDV-3 + Pro uses a stepper motor to directly drive the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample, measuring fluid resistance to calculate viscosity. The microcomputer Control system processes the data to display viscosity, shear rate and shear stress in real time, and supports continuous acquisition and programmed analysis.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample to the specified depth
4. Start the measurement and observe the LCD display
5. Use Interface to connect computer for data collection (optional)
6. Clean the rotor after measurement
