Overview
NIRUN HBDV-3 + Pro Digital Viscometer is a High Accuracy measuring instrument, using stepper motor direct drive and microcomputer Control system, which can measure viscosity in the range of 160~ 320000000mPa · s, and is widely used in various fluid viscosity detection.
Features
1. Optional DV data collection and programmable software for measurement of rheological characteristics
2. Display shear rate and shear stress
3. Stepper motor direct drive, no gear, Rotation speed accurate
4. LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight, displaying a large amount of information
5. Display the maximum viscosity value of the rotor that can be measured at the current Rotation speed
6. The viscosity value shows continuous change
7. Measurement range beyond the alarm sound prompt
8. Standard RTD temperature sensor
9. Standard bidirectional RS232 or 485 interface
10. Computer full-scale linear correction
11. AC Power Adapter 100V-240V, good anti-interference
Principle
The instrument directly drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample through the stepper motor, and the measurement swirl/spin resistance is converted into viscosity value. The microcomputer system collects data in real time and displays parameters such as shear rate and shear stress.
Applications
Inks, Glue, Emulsion, Solvent Adhesive, Polymer Solution, Petroleum, paints Coatings, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, products, juices
Steps
1. Choose the right rotor and Rotation speed
2. Pour the sample into the beaker to the specified capacity
3. Install the rotor and immerse the sample
4. Start the instrument to start the measurement
5. Connect the computer through the RS232 interface for data collection (optional)
6. Read the displayed viscosity value and related parameters
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 110~ 220V range before use
• Select the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed combination to ensure Measurement accuracy
• The sample volume should meet the beaker capacity requirements (300~ 600ml)
• Measurement range beyond the alarm prompt
• Regularly calibrate with standard solution
• Avoid violent vibrations and collisions with instruments
