NIRUN HADV-2 + Pro is a digital Viscometer with stepper motor direct drive, gearless design, and accurate speed. The instrument is equipped with LCD LCD LCD with blue backlit display, which can display the shear rate, shear stress and the maximum measurable viscosity value at the current speed. High measurement accuracy and good reproducibility.
1. Optional DV data collection and program control software can measure rheological characteristics. 2. Display shear rate and shear stress. 3. Stepper motor direct drive, no gear, accurate speed. 4. LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight, displaying a large amount of information. 5. The maximum viscosity value of the rotor can be measured at the current speed. 6. The viscosity value shows continuous change. 7. There is an alarm sound beyond the measurement range. 8. Standard RTD Temperature Probe. 9. Standard bidirectional RS232 or 485 interface. 10. Computer full-scale linear correction. 11. AC Power Adapter 100V-240V, good anti-interference.
The digital Viscometer calculates the viscosity value by measuring the resistance (torque) of the sample to the swirl/spin of the rotor directly driven by a stepper motor. The instrument performs data collection and processing through a microcomputer control system and displays the shear rate and shear stress in real time.

1. Select the appropriate rotor according to the measurement requirements and install it. 2. Pour the sample into a suitable beaker (e.g. 600ml standard beaker or optional small sample adapter). 3. Connect the power supply (AC100-240V or DC17V1.2A adapter). 4. Set the required Rotor speed (0.1~ 200rpm continuously variable speed) through the instrument panel or software. 5. Immerse the rotor into the sample to the specified marking line. 6. Start the measurement, the instrument will continuously collect and display the viscosity value. 7. After the measurement is completed, the computer or micro printer can be connected through the RS232 interface for data output.
* Before use, please ensure that the instrument Power frequency meets the requirements (AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz). * Select the appropriate rotor and speed according to the sample viscosity range to avoid triggering an alarm beyond the measurement range. When installing the rotor, be careful to avoid damaging the ruby bearing system. * Ensure sample temperature stability during measurement and can be used with a dedicated thermostatic sink for more accurate results. * When cleaning the rotor and measurement cup, use a suitable solvent to avoid corrosion or damage to the parts. * When not in use for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying environment and protect it with the original Encasement material.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
