The NIRUN HBDV-1 + Pro is a digital Viscometer with stepper motor direct drive and LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight for continuous display of viscosity values, shear rate and shear stress. The device comes standard with an RTD temperature sensor and a bi-directional RS232 or 485 interface. It supports computer full-scale linear correction for a variety of fluid viscosity measurements.

The HBDV-1 + Pro digital Viscometer directly drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample through a stepper motor, and measures the torque generated by the fluid resistance. The microcomputer Control system calculates and displays the viscosity value, shear rate and shear stress in real time. The continuous acquisition method is used, combined with the PT100 temperature sensor for temperature compensation to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
