Overview
The NIRUN CAP-2 + PRO cone-plate viscometer is a digital viscosity measurement instrument that allows users to choose a conical rotor according to their needs. This model supports continuously variable speed from 5 to 1000 rpm, and the measurement range covers 20cP to 1500000 cP. It is suitable for fluid analysis where precise control of shear rate and temperature is required.

Principle
The cone-plate viscometer works based on a cone-plate measurement system. Tack resistance to the rotor is measured by driving the optional cone rotor to swirl/spin in the sample, thus calculating the viscosity value of the sample. The continuously variable speed function allows the user to precisely control the shear rate to study the rheological properties of the fluid.

Steps
1. Select and install suitable conical rotors according to measurement requirements.
2. Place a very small amount of the sample to be tested in the measurement position.
3. Set the desired speed (5-1000rpm continuously variable speed) through the instrument panel or select the preset single speed mode.
4. Start the measurement and the instrument will display the viscosity value.
5. After the measurement is completed, the sample stage and rotor can be easily cleaned.
6. Optional DV data collection software, connect to the computer to automatically obtain and analyze rheological Linear dispersion data.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate conical rotor according to the sample viscosity range.
• Ensure that the input Power frequency (110V/220V) and frequency (50Hz/60Hz) match the instrument requirements.
• The sample temperature should be accurately controlled before measurement to obtain reliable data.
• Instrument accuracy is +/- 2% and reproducibility is +/- 0.5% F. S, please use within the indicator range.
• Follow the operating procedures when cleaning components to avoid damage.
• Optional accessories (such as micro printers, thermostatic sinks, etc.) should be operated according to the corresponding instructions.
