Overview
The NIRUN DV-79 digital Viscometer is a digital viscosity measurement instrument with stepper motor direct drive technology and a gearless design to ensure accurate Rotation speed. It is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display with blue backlight, which can display a lot of information, including the maximum viscosity value of the rotor measurable at the current Rotation speed, and has a measurement timing function.
Features
1. Stepper motor direct drive, no gear, Rotation speed accurate
2. LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight, displaying a large amount of information
3. Display the maximum viscosity value of the rotor that can be measured at the current Rotation speed
4. Timing measurement function
5. The viscosity value shows continuous change
6. Measurement range beyond the alarm sound prompt
7. Standard RTD temperature sensor
8. Computer full-scale linear correction
9. AC Power Adapter 100V-240V, good anti-interference
Principle
The DV-79 digital Viscometer directly drives the rotor swirl/spin through a stepper motor, and the gearless drive ensures a stable and accurate Rotation speed. The instrument uses computer full-scale linear correction technology combined with RTD temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time to achieve accurate measurement and continuous display of viscosity values.
Applications
Starch, glue, emulsion, solvent Adhesive, polymer solution, petroleum, paints Coatings, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, products, fruit juices
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter and turn it on
2. Choose the right rotor and measurement vessel
3. Pour the sample into the measurement vessel
4. Set Rotor speed and timing function
5. Insert RTD temperature sensor for temperature monitoring
6. Start measurement and read viscosity value
7. If the range is exceeded, the instrument will issue an alarm prompt
Notice
- Power supply voltage in 100~ 240V range
- Select appropriate rotor and vessel before measurement
- Regularly calibrate with standard solution
- Avoid operating outside the 0~ 120 ℃ Temperature range
- Pay attention to the sample volume during measurement to avoid spillage
- If the alarm indicates that the measurement range is exceeded, the rotor needs to be replaced or the Rotation speed needs to be adjusted
