Overview
The ZMD-1 Electronic Density Meter, also known as the Electronic Density/specific gravity meter, is composed of Electronic Balance, special control and analysis programs based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. The instrument can measure both the specific gravity (Density) of various liquids and the Density of solid substances, including solid substances with specific gravity less than 1 and floating on the water surface, such as foam, sponge, plastic, etc. It can also be used instead of Electronic Balance with its weighing function. Electronic Density/specific gravity meter has the characteristics of High Accuracy, High Linearity, High stability and multi-function, and the structure is simple and reasonable, the performance is stable and reliable, and the operation is convenient and easy to maintain.
Features
1. Adopt technical professional electromagnetic force Sensor to ensure high accuracy of test data and good repeability.
2. One machine is multi-purpose, which can not only test the specific gravity value of solid and liquid, but also be used as one thousandth or one thousandth Electronic Balance.
3. The use of large sink glasses effectively reduces the error caused by the rising liquid in the hanging railing.
4. The machine has a variety of built-in liquid Density values, which is convenient for users to choose and use flexibly.
5. The specific gravity/Density of solid blocks, particles, films, etc. can be quickly and accurately tested (specific gravity > 1 or < 1 can be tested).
6, Liquid Density Test Standard parts have a variety of options, to meet the consistency of liquid and corrosive liquid testing needs.
7. The ingenious weighing design of the lower dish can not only prevent accidental liquid overflow from damaging the machine, but also provide more room for operation and activities.
8. The machine design is simple and practical, the data is accurate, the specific gravity/Density direct reading, only two steps to directly read the data, no special training can be skilled operation.
Principle
The ZMD-1 Electronic Density Meter operates on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. Accurate measurement of sample weight changes in air neutralizing liquids through the built-in Electromagnetic Force Sensor, combined with dedicated control and analysis programs, automatically calculates and directly reads solid specific gravity or liquid Density values.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the test plate.
2. According to the test requirements (solid or liquid), follow the instrument prompts to directly read the Density/specific gravity data.
Notice
* Power frequency is 220V and 50Hz.
* Make sure the instrument is calibrated before use.
When testing liquids, pay attention to selecting the correct standard parts and handle them carefully to avoid liquid overflow.
When testing corrosive liquids, use appropriate protective measures and specialized standard parts.
Keep the test disc and surrounding area clean.
* Do not exceed the instrument's weighing range (0~ 300g) and Density measurement range (0~ 300g/cm ³).
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench for use.
