Overview
JCY-1 contact angle tester is a standard instrument of FANGRUI brand, which uses image analysis method to measure solid contact angle, surface energy and liquid surface tension. Through CCD camera and image acquisition system, with professional software to automatically analyze contact angle data, it is suitable for the measurement of various shape items, especially for the test of sample surface tension under high temperature conditions.

Principle
The instrument uses image analysis method to capture the droplet image through CCD camera and image acquisition system, and automatically analyzes the contact angle value by software. Compared with force measurement method, image analysis method has lower environmental requirements, can measure various shape items, and supports the test of sample surface tension under high temperature conditions.

Steps
1. Adjust the position of the storage table (move the knobs back and forth, up and down)
2. Adjust the luminance of the backlight screen
3. Adjust the injection rack (left and right, up and down, angle fine-tuning)
4. Inject the sample using the injection knob
5. Capture images through industrial cameras
6, software automatically or manually calculate the contact angle value
