Overview
JCY-2 contact angle tester is a standard instrument of FANGRUI brand, which uses image analysis method to measure solid contact angle, surface energy and liquid surface tension. Through CCD camera and image acquisition system, combined with software to automatically analyze the contact angle value, it is suitable for the measurement of various shape items, and can test the surface tension of the sample under high temperature conditions, such as melting polymers.
Features
1. Using CCD camera system, the highest resolution is 1280 × 1024, the frame rate is 15 or 45/sec, and the droplet image is clearly displayed for High Accuracy Analysis.

Principle
The instrument uses image analysis method, captures the droplet image through CCD camera and image acquisition system, and automatically analyzes and calculates the contact angle value by software. This method has low Environmental requirements, can adapt to various shape items and high temperature conditions, and is more flexible than force measurement method.

Steps
1. Adjust the position of the storage table and use the front and rear moving knob and the up and down moving knob.
2. Adjust the luminance of the backlight screen and use the adjustment knob.
3. Adjust the injection rack, including left and right adjustment, up and down adjustment, and angle fine-tuning.
4. Use the injection knob to inject the sample.
5. The image is captured by an industrial camera, and the software automatically analyzes the contact angle value.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V/50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch.
• The maximum thickness of the sample does not exceed 35mm to prevent measurement errors.
• Check the structural components of the equipment, such as the rack, storage table and injection needle before use, to ensure normal operation.
• During high temperature testing, pay attention to sample safety and avoid burns.
• Software operation is based on WIN XP or VIAST system to ensure compatibility.
