Overview
JCY-4 contact angle tester is a standard instrument of FANGRUI brand, which uses image analysis method to measure solid contact angle, surface energy and liquid surface tension. Through CCD camera and image acquisition system, with professional software to automatically analyze the contact angle value, it is suitable for the measurement of various shape items, including samples under high temperature conditions such as melted polymers.

Principle
Based on the image analysis method, the instrument captures the droplet image through the CCD camera and image acquisition system, and automatically analyzes the contact angle value using professional software. Compared with the force measurement method, the image analysis method has lower Environmental requirements and can adapt to various shapes and high temperature conditions, such as melting polymers, to ensure measurement accuracy and wide applicability.

Steps
1. Adjust the position of the storage table and use the front and rear, up and down movement knobs
2. Adjust the luminance of the backlight screen to ensure clear images
3. Adjust the position of the injection rack, including left and right, up and down, and angle fine-tuning
4. Inject the sample through the injection knob
5. Use the injection needle for manual injection
6. Start the industrial camera to capture images
7. Run the software to automatically analyze the contact angle value, choose theta/2 method or tangent method
8. Perform dynamic contact angle analysis or surface tension measurement as required
9. Use database functions to manage data, such as queries, backups, or exports

- Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation
The maximum thickness of the sample does not exceed 35mm to prevent measurement errors
- When using manual Sample injector, pay attention to smooth operation to avoid uneven droplets
Periodically check level controls, combined with hardware and software corrections, to ensure Baseline accuracy
When testing under high temperature conditions, pay attention to safety protection to avoid burns
