Overview
FANGRUI BZY-103 surface tensiometer is a high-performance weighing Sensor using the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating, with accurate measurement and excellent repeability. The instrument is used in both platinum plate method and platinum ring method. Except for the manual operation of the lifting platform, the other functions are the same as the QBZY series automatic surface/interfacial tension instrument, which has a high cost performance.

Principle
FANGRUI BZY-103 surface tensiometer uses a high-performance weighing Sensor based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating for measurement. By contacting the liquid surface/interface with a platinum plate or platinum ring, the Sensor accurately measures the force, and directly displays or converts the surface/interfacial tension value after digitalization.

Surface tension measurement, interfacial tension measurement, analysis of samples containing surfactants, analysis of samples containing volatile matter, medium and high viscosity liquid testing, oil/water interface analysis
Steps
1. Select the platinum plate method or the platinum ring method according to the testing requirements.
2. Manually operate the lifting platform to bring the platinum plate or platinum ring into contact with the sample.
3. The instrument automatically performs digitalization measurement.
4. For the platinum plate method, the display directly displays the surface/interfacial tension value.
5. For platinum ring method, the instrument has peak holding function, and the measurement value needs to be converted into surface/interfacial tension value through Excel or supporting data processing software.
Notice
• When testing with platinum plate method, the displayed value is the final tension value without additional calculation.
• When testing the platinum ring method, data conversion is required through Excel or software to obtain the tension value.
• The ability to measure surface tension over time is limited to platinum plate test mode.
• The ability to automatically measure medium and high viscosity liquid samples and obtain accurate equilibrating results is limited to platinum plate test mode.
• If thermostatic test (5~ 90 ℃) is required, Thermostat and thermostatic pool should be purchased separately.
The instrument works independently, without the need for additional equipment such as an external computer.
